Out of these five most popular and recommended action HD cameras for racing, I hope you find the best camera for your needs!
All cameras have great picture quality as they all record in HD 1080p (except for the MRS-200).
The biggest differences between these cameras is the size, design and price and a few features such as LCD screen and remote.
In my opinion, the ContourHD is the best value camera if you just want to get out there and start filming good quality video.
The GoPro HERO or the MSR-200 are great if it’s small and compact you are after.
Personally, I prefer to a camera with a screen. It makes it easier to line up the shot and to watch your replay right after your lap.
Drift Cam’s #1 Top Choice
If you want all the features and top if the range quality, then you can’t go past the Drift HD170 Stealth camera.
It comes with a price, but when you see it comes with all the HD options, a color LCD screen and a remote control, it’s a recipe for total satisfaction.
I hope this review and comparison of the best HD action cameras on the market help you ge a clear vision of what’s available and what’s best for your race filming needs!
